COLLABORATION MEETING RIP PJJ PGSD AT INNA PUTRI BALI HOTEL

DIKTI is offering grants to teacher colleges/universities for developing course material for PJJ or distance learning for higher education program, as part of BERMUTU project proposed by the World Bank, which, to date, has been implemented for three years . STKIP Kebangkitan Nasional/SSE receives the grant from DIKTI for developing the course material of Kapita Selekta PGSD, and this makes SSE one of 16 other grant receivers. Other receivers are Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Universitas Atma Jaya Jakarta, etc, to name some.

On May 29-31, 2010, SSE's development team met with the advisor and reviewer from DIKTI in Hotel Inna Putri, Bali, to synchronize the Programme Implementation Plan. The team of advisors for SSE consists of Prof. Achmad Hufad from UPI Bandung and Dr. Ali Imron from Universitas Negeri Malang. Upon completion of the synchronization of the Programme Implementation Plan, SSE will sign an MoU with DIKTI to confirm commitment to develop the course material of Kapita Selekta PGSD, planned to finish by the end of May, 2011.

Receiving this grant is a pride for SSE, as the other winners are well-established universities with many years of experiences. With this achievement, SSE hopes to be able to compete with other universities in Indonesia and to create a new generation of teachers.
