The 13th UNESCO-APEID International Conference and KERIS-World Bank High Level Seminar on ICT in Education, with the theme âICT Transforming Educationâ, was held in Zhejiang International Hotel, Hangzhou, Peopleâs Republic of China. Hosted by Hangzhou Department of Education and Xiacheng Peopleâs Government, Hangzhou, the event took place on 15 â 17 November 2009.
