PROGRAM CHARACTERISTIC
This program initiates the teachers’ candidate to customer-centric culture in the educational environment in Indonesia. It also equips them with a group of basic professional competencies and develops their personal quality as educators/teachers. Below is the diagram which describes a thorough teacher’s educational paradigm and become a role model for this School of Education in its preparation of teachers’ development program (diagram 1).
